Lord and Lady Shutt, Greetland
The cornice and ceiling had collpased bringing down the Anaglypta in the process. The Anaglypta repair secured the adjacent ceiling area, with the ceiling made whole again using the mould replication process.
Dane's Hill School
Following water ingress and subsequent repairs to the ceiling, numorous moulds of the different patterns were taken with the replicated sections jigsawed in to make the design whole.

The difference between Anaglypta and Lincrusta
Anaglypta is light weight in nature due to it's hollow back multi-layered paper design making it advantagous for deep relief ceiling designs. Lincrusta is a thick gel mixed compound compromising of flax oil, wood flour and gelled paste that is embossed on to a backing paper making it solid in nature, the result in the unsurpassed durability of any traditional embossed wallpaper.
